Processing  Time All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Expedited shipping ( 2-3 business days) calculated at checkout

Order tracking Once your order has shipped , you will receive  an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.

Domestic shipping . We currently ship within the United States . Orders are shipped via  UPS, USPS, or FedEx.

Lost or Damage items Tam's Gems is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. if your order arrives damaged please contact us with 7 days of delivery at. Tamarabrooks1201@gmail.com with photo of the damage and we will work to resolve the issue.
